Michael Rothenberg (USA) born in Miami Beach, Florida in 1951, is a poet, songwriter, editor, and co-founder of Big Bridge Press. He is also co-editor and co-founder of JACK Magazine. His books of poetry include What The Fish Saw, Nightmare Of The Violins, Favorites Songs, and The Paris Journals (published this year by Fish Drum, Inc.) His novel Punk Rockwell is out from Tropical Press, 2001. He is most recently editor of Overtime: Selected Poems of Philip Whalen (Viking Penguin) and editor of The Selected Poems of Joanne Kyger due out from Viking Penguin in 2002.
